I can confirm this, also in Finland. filedelivery.nexusmods.com doesn't respond in any way.

What menu?

You don't need a menu for using proxies.

Just google "USA proxy" and then chenge your browser settings to use the proxy instead of your IP.

dudoka, you don't, as in nobody else. The new CDN doesn't give that kind of option.

You'll have to find an online US proxy and put the download link there. Wait for the download to fail, so that the browser gives you a blank page with the filedelivery.nexusmods.com/something in the address bar. Google for "online proxy us" and copy-paste the link there. Worked for me. The first one gave 0 byte download, though, but the second one worked.

Oh, my method of course doesn't work for files that require user to be logged in.

Just go to http://www.us-proxy.org/ and change in your web browser http proxy to some of these. It works for me with login. If download doesn't work just try different proxy.

Managed to dl via proxy - for those who get issues:

 

Right click on a Manual Download link - chose Copy Link Adress. Paste the copied link in a proxy site adress bar. Uncheck "Remove Scripts" option if the download doesn't start.
