Vicrry
marksman is an expensive skill to practice.. Arrows are rather expensive at 2 gold per. There somewhere to find a steady supply other than hoping bandit camps have archers to loot from?
Malchik
I obtained over 300 arrows from the Khajiit who offers to help if you do the Collector's quest to High Fane. Iron, steel, silver and dwarven. This was at level 6. After paying him off he goes to one of the inns and somehow falls foul of the Imperial Guard who kill him when you show up. SoulBlazer_87
Actually here is a mod that allows you to make arrows out of bones: http://www.tessource.net/files/cache/2798.htmlDon't know if it works never tried it since 'm strictly melee!!!
Cyborg16
This mod should help. When you get set upon by archers, that is.
Adras
Hang on a sec, you do know that you can pick your arrows back up, right? They dont dissappear through walls like they did in Morrowind. Just get some arrows (steal them maybe) and go to somewhere with target practice. I know one of the Fighter's Guilds has an archery range out back. loveme4whoiam
Does that actually count as training? If so, thats good news to me, I just assumed they were for display. What about the hung-up training dummies?
Vicrry
Those targets are just decoration - at least for melee weapons. I've not tried with bow, but I can't see why it would be different. I know I can recover arrows - but they usually are lost when I fight outdoors. Also, I lose them at an amazing rate when they hit, usually the math works out to about 25% recovery. Malchik
Try completing the Leyawiin miscellaneous quest about the orc and then going to Rockmilk Cave, close to Telepe. You should get a lot of arrows there.
BrightAsh
I obtained over 300 arrows from the Khajiit who offers to help if you do the Collector's quest to High Fane. Iron, steel, silver and dwarven. Mally my man, have you played an archer yet? 300 arrows is like a drop of water in the ocean. I spent 300 arrows in a quest or 2. no i am not a pooty shot, :P coz then i would be able to pick em up again. I only find about 50% of my hit arrows back
Malchik
I'm not much into Archery but as in all of these games I find it very easy to make money. In consequence despite having bought and furnished all the houses and invested in as many shops as I can find and buying all the flashy weapons (Bow of Eternal Frost or something for instance for 10,000) I still have 200,000 gold! So buying arrows is never an issue.
