Open all Locks

I would like to make a sort of "universal" open lock spell, unfortunately I'm not sure how to go about it. I'm 90% certain that it would need a specialised script, but there are two questions I need answering before I try to do it, these are:

  1. Is it feasible?
  2. What would be needed?

yes its possible

 

as the script would read (basically)

 

Unlock

 

and as a console command it opens even locks that "require a key"

 

but on the down side

 

such a spell could easily break quests.

A spell with open 100% would open all locks that don't need a key. Using a script to open key-locked doors would be game breaking (you could open the cell door when you first start the game and escape without a class or birthsign).

No you cant, there is no way to go. That area is completely for that purpose (And the Valen Dreth Killy Killy) only.
