Themisive
I have been stuck with the normal blades armour, unfortunately though none of the Blades armour codes appear in the cheat codes I downloaded some time ago. Since I wish to make enchanted versions of the Blades armour,(shield for the shield and agility for the boots and so on) it seemed only logical to see it I could cheat the extra items on. Whilst the codes I have have enabled be to cheat on extra Blades Shields and extra Blades Helmets, the code I am using for the boots is 00022F20, however, though it tells me that boots have been added to my inventory, they are NOT there! As there is only a limited supply of armour in Cloud Ruler Temple, I am loath to use it. Instead I am forced to rely on cheat codes, and I have come to the conclusion that the code given for the bots is not accurate. Can anyone help please? LFact
If you add an item via console command and it does not appear in your inventory, unless your inventory is glitched, it's likely you added 'non-playable' item. It's there, but you cannot access it at all.(Drop all your items and check your encumbrance) The only way to remove it is using console command 'removeitem'.(I'm sure you can get object ID from UESP wiki, but you can use Construction Set to find out usable Blade armor ID) **If you can use OBSE, use FormID Finder or RefScope to find out object BaseID. It's useful to identify/add mod-added objects, but also useful to get vanilla game item via console command(without stealing).
Themisive
Thanks for the help. I did look up the Wiki entry, and believe it or not, there are TWO different codes for the boots. from what it says, the first code "00023921" is the one I should have been using. It seems that the code "00022F20" that I had used is as follows:Worn by the Emperor's Blades. The second ID refers to those being worn by the guards during the introduction. The only difference in most cases is that it cannot be looted from their corpses. The codes are in the order they appear above, so it seems that "00022F20" is the unusable one.
