Skyre bashed patch error

Could someone help me to troubleshoot this error? I play the game and nothing crashes but I'd like to fix this.

 

After I run the Wry Bash "bashed patch", it completes it but throws up the below error in a seperate window:

Do you include skyre in your bashd patch?

All of the patches that are mentioned belong AFTER the bashed patch, any mod that is after the bashed patch will not be included, and couldn't possibly give errors...:)

 

For instance this is the end of my load order...i get no Errors making a bashed patch..
