I think it does raiders pretty well. When you're hungry meat is meat in the wasteland, whether you kill a molerat or a person. However, I thought Fallout 3 did really go overboard with the hanging bodies all over the place.

I never really took much notice of them (except the first time I played the game, then I thought it was kind of... interesting...) Since then though, I've just kind of taken them as par for the course. I agree, I would like to remove the hanging bodies. Instead, I'd rather put other things to replace them. Maybe the Gore Bags you find in Super Mutant camps) or something COMPLETELY different. Think about maybe, Radroaches? I have no idea about the possibility of that, but ir removes the cannibalistic appearence of the Raiders. Maybe they use it as bait for hunting other creatures, I don't know. Maybe find a way to replace the majority of the bodies, and leave a few as though the Raiders are sending a message. Good point on this.
