M48A5
A crash at start up is usually caused by a missing master file. In you case, it would be Project Beauty. You only need a patch if you have all the files that are being patched. While you are making changes, disable and uninstall one of the Optional Restore Tracers plugins. You don't need both. Also, disable and uninstall MMM- Natural Selection, Zones Respawn, and Tougher Traders. They are incuded in FWE. Use only one MMM-FWE patch. Best yet would be to get Blackened http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/18173/? This will allow you to eliminate MMM-Master Menu Module also. Arrange the MMM plugins so that they are in the same order as the vanilla game.

M48A5
Your load order is not that big that you would have problems launching the game, as long as everything was installed properly. The only other cause would be inadequate equipment. Please post your equipment specifictions. You do have FOSE installed, don't you?
BlackRampage
I'd suggest posting your new load order too.
FalloutIII2013
I had CTD with my game after I upgraded my PC. The fix was making FO3 recognize I had more than a single core on my new PC. If that's not the case with you, try loading and playing the game one mod at a time until you find the one CTDing your game. My problem is having FO3 recognize more than 1GB of RAM. I've tried the 3GB mod fix to no avail! Hope you have better luck than me!
