purple body textures

So I loaded a save, and male human, altmer and bosmer bodies have inexplicably turned purple, heads excluded. I don't know what happened.

 

I'm working on getting an ingame screenshot, but for some reason ballowscreenshot1 isn't working.

 

Here's a shot of my OBMM loadout, in case anyone can figure something out from there;

I don't know if it's really pertinent, but I also installed and uninstalled Trollf's ArmamentariumArmor(following the directions in the file's readme.).

Did you check your data folders, is everything in the right place, meshes, textures..(etc..)?

This is a bit late but I read through this thread after having this issue myself 11 years later and I might as well share what worked for me.

 

With using Wrye Bash, Archive Invalidation is said to be unnecessary anymore if you use it so I didn't try this fix.

 

However, I remembered that I had uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of character texture mods just before this problem that I think included a couple with esps that were included in the Bash Patch (even though they were add-ons after Robert's Male Bodies was having no problems).

 

Despite having rebuilt the Bash Patch before continuing and having resorted the order using LOOT, other problems have been solved in the past by deleting the Bash Patch altogether, creating a new one and then building it again from scratch, which I've also heard that you are technically supposed to do each time you rebuild or merge or import other mods within it.

 

A complete refresher like this is probably best every now and then anyway and it should be perfectly safe to do, you just have to reapply the tweaks you had in there before.

Wrye Bash already deletes the old bashed patch when it is rebuilding your bashed patch ... it does not try to incorporate changes/additions to the old bashed patch (that would just lead to a total mess over time).
