Concept sounds pretty cool. Not sure If I'd RP in it though. Don't get me wrong, I like the idea I jus feel like RPing in an already established world, rather than something that was created by one of us ya know? Why not put our own twist on The Elder Scrolls, Fallout or even the real world instead of a whole new world where ultimately the creator of it would only know whats going on. Like with Fallout RPs.. the setting and feel is already known to alll of us, so we wont be nit picking to much on trying to figure out our characters background.. allegiances.. followin me?

I mean yeah.. of course you could always throw together a brief summary of the regions..factions n so forth for this world. That could work great if done well. I'd jus rather focus on something we all already know and love :)

That being Fallout.... and TES.

Hell, ya said it was originally a concept for Oblivion right? Why not make this Armageddon some new Realm that appears or something..? Not deadric.. a whole new threat? or maybe not? I dunno.. Jus feel like Rping as a Khajiit

As i said in the confusing summary of the confusing realm haha te islands shift into other dimensions. The concept of the mod was that an island shifted into the sea south of Leyawiin (kind of near deepscorn hollow) and to get to the new realm you had to go on a long quest searching for several rings that are tokens of some of the big dieties in Armageddon to open the portal. In the RP this could be the same storyline and once the RP moved into Armageddon they could uncover a plot from some evil being to use the portal to access Nirn (where the Elder Scrolls series takes place) and conquer Cyrodiil. This way the majority of the RP would be in familiar territory and once allegiances and backgrounds had been learned thoroughly the RP would shift to a place that it itself would require figuring out.

Well man if its done like that I would definitely want 2 be apart of it :)

add my name to the list!

I'm in.

Whats important is that we need to keep a communication going between all of us. Not jus on the nexus. SO we can know whats going on if someones not able to post for a while or something ya know? That sorta thing is what brings RPs to a halt, so lets try n avoid it.

Like what Zephyr was getting at with his Command Structure. if a character goes AWOL, the GM shud contact that characters user and go ahead n control that char. hear noithing from them after a few days.. kill off that character lol. If the user decides to come back they can make a new one.

Hmm, I much prefer the Fallout-verse to TES, but I suppose I could go for it. I do already have a lot of fantasy-style characters from my IRC roleplay. I could easily (and have before) adapt one of them to TES.

The setting sounds a little bit too random and chaotic though, with this in particular kind of worrying me:

It is constantly shifting constantly changing. Magic exists in Armageddon as the time and space twist and allow things that in our realm we only dream of likewise our conventional weapons are much more useless there, the strong arm and mind are ever more reliable than the gun in this mercurial realm as the balistics of bullets may change on a whim or may fly at horrendous velocities only to disintegrate inches from the target.

Sounds ripe for abuse, to me.
