Guest deleted127377
can someone port all weapons from diablo 1 and 2 or just diablo 2, there is at least 200 or more weapons in diablo, this will be a huge task, but it will be worth it. 8)

Switch
It wouldn't be possible anyway... the models are 2D in Diablo/Diablo 2. Not to mention they'd use completely alien file formats that I wouldn't think could even be converted to nif or obj formats. Without taking each of the 200 weapons and painstakingly modelling each one for Oblivion, it can't happen (and it's not likely someone's going to take that up, unless you want to try yourself). ^^;
SoulBlazer_87
That is a lot of weapons not to mention that the weapons were made by prefixes and ssuffixes randomly added to them as well as quality. I guess that would be impossible to import them but someone could try adding them (creating them in the CS). However I pity the human being charged with such an unending task... :P
Rhydderch Hael
If you mean models, you're out of luck, of course. If you mean weapon characteristics and names, well, that's what enchanting stuff does. By the by, I thought myself cute when I took Arnora's amulet, enchanted it with Detect Life, and named it "The Sightless Eye". You could certainly make The Grandfather from an Akaviri Dai-Katana. Azurewrath from a blue-toned Glass Longsword, and The Grizzly from a Daedric Longsword (it has that single-edged, ragged look— even if the Grizz was a two-hander). Stock male without a father sword design from Diablo 1 isn't all that different from an Elven Longsword. However, one should note that the majority of D2's mundane weapon designs were, to be honest, mundane.
