BOSS/LOOT not detecting Fallout 3

I recently had to reinstall Fallout 3 and installed a few mods (namely Fellout, FWE, MMM, and RH Ironsights, plus compatibility patches for each). The game worked fine at first, but has occasional crashing due to load order issues. I tried to run BOSS, but it wouldn't detect Fallout 3. I then downloaded and installed LOOT, but had the same issue.

try using Wrye Flash, it has LOOT built into it, won't sort for you automatically, but anything that is red or orange check mark is out of order, so it's simple matter of dragging and dropping till your entire load order is all green check marks  when Wrye Flash makes the bashed patch for you it is empty, just simply right click on it and choose rebuild patch, include all files and then you should be set to go

Sorry to hijack the thread, but I can't see where else to put this, and it is sort of related. But of course, any mod can move it where they want.

I can't get 'BOSS Auto Start' to work. I suspect one or two mods ain't in the right order, so I wanted to use BOSS to see if ot could tell me the right order. I jsut get a message saying "Unable to locate master list, check for update in menu" so I check for an update and I get the message saying "something bad seems to have happened. As long as it wasn't too bad a memory dump...

This is what the dump says:28 October 2014 - 23:33:41

I've tried downloading Wrye Flash with the other bit for XP compatiblilty, but I can't see anything in FOMM, even when I used Fallout 3 modinstaller. I tried Python source and the standalone one.

What the ruddy-blink am I doing wrong?
