The solution appears self evident, "Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem".

Striker879
So you re-installed the Visual Studio update and it didn't help?

originaljgf
Hate to create a Lazarus thread, but have the same problem. Start OBSE, get the black DOS window and immediately a complaint that MSVCP100.dll cannot be found; OK that window and it pops up again a couple of seconds later; OK it again ...and the program starts and runs fine. If I do not OK the window in a couple of seconds another window pops up "could not inject dll", and the program shuts down. I have VB 2015 installed by the vid drivers. Always install VB 2010 (DX 9.0c) for older games. One the advice of a couple of other threads regarding this dll, have also installed VB 2012 and 2013. So I now have VB 2010, 2012, 2013, and 2015 installed, and this idiot program is still asking for MSVCP100.dll ...yet runs without it! (Have tried a repair install of all four, and run SFC; no problems indicated.) Obviously either this file is present and being used or OBSE/Oblivion runs without it, so how to get OBSE (or Oblivion) to stop asking for it? ArtoS12
I also had this problem when i reformatted my computer, and tried what you did.I found the solution to be installing some game in Steam, when it starts up, it installs directx and whatever " for the first time" I figured this was the only difference ( that i installed all the drivers manually as apposed to already having a running rig that then obse loader was then installed on )reboot, no more error message.
