Kazakovich
"The Best of Frederik Pohl", a mix of different sci-fi stories. Not bad, and easy to chew through, being all in reading-friendly mouthfulls.

rakkar
I recently read Hidden Empire, by Kevin J. Anderson, and some book by Tad Williams, I don't know what the book is called in English, because it is translated. probably something with "Shadow" it's the first book in a trilogy. right now I'm reading "The Shawshank Redemption", which turns out to be written by Stephen King I also love the books of Terry Pratchett, though it is a pity that almost all his books in our librrary are translated versions, and though the translator did a really good job, it's still not as good as the English versions. (kinda hard to translate in Dutch a joke that's based on the fact that "ores" (like iron ore and such) sounds like "whores" (at least, I think that's what it was, again, I only know the Dutch version)
