apocalypse1138 Posted June 14, 2009 Posted June 14, 2009 Well, if game magazines count... I read two of those a month, and there is actually some good reading out on these forums...:P
Pronam Posted June 14, 2009 Posted June 14, 2009 Currently (should be) reading two books about international laws and economics for my exams....
Kazakovich Posted June 18, 2009 Posted June 18, 2009 "The Best of Frederik Pohl", a mix of different sci-fi stories. Not bad, and easy to chew through, being all in reading-friendly mouthfulls.
elraccoon Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 I've been reading a lot of John Grisham lately and I just finished The Associate. Really good book.
rakkar Posted June 30, 2009 Posted June 30, 2009 I recently read Hidden Empire, by Kevin J. Anderson, and some book by Tad Williams, I don't know what the book is called in English, because it is translated. probably something with "Shadow" it's the first book in a trilogy. right now I'm reading "The Shawshank Redemption", which turns out to be written by Stephen King I also love the books of Terry Pratchett, though it is a pity that almost all his books in our librrary are translated versions, and though the translator did a really good job, it's still not as good as the English versions. (kinda hard to translate in Dutch a joke that's based on the fact that "ores" (like iron ore and such) sounds like "whores" (at least, I think that's what it was, again, I only know the Dutch version)
Birrii Posted July 6, 2009 Posted July 6, 2009 Emily Bronte - Wuthering Heights.I've already read it when I was 12, but I love that book, so i wnated to read it again ^^
