Brawl Bug Batch - Not working?

Okay, so I downloaded the Brawl Bug Patch to fix the brawl problems. No big deal right? It didn't work... So I downloaded the Brawl Bug Plugin and one of the supported mods, and, aswell it didn't work. I don't know what to do now. I have the newest version of Skyrim and SKSE, the unofficial patches and both mods.

You seem to have 2 brawl bug plugins, which would cause it to bork.

 

Brawl Bugs CE.esp=1

brawlbug-plugin.esp=1

I use Brwl Bugs CE, and that's the only one I need, try getting rid of the other one, no other mod requires a patch for it.

I tried it without the Brawl Bug Plugin, but it didn't work. Tried it with it... Didn't work. Do you have any more suggestions?

I was having issues with Brawls as well...

 

Someone posted a modified version of the Brawls bug patch in the comment section of the brawls bug patch page.

 

Here's what he said:

 

 

I've disabled the parts that still cause issues. This means you probably can now use stuff that shouldn't be allowed in brawls, but at least they FINALLY actually work and let you beat your opponent without problems.

Use it with the files from the compatibility edition.
Remember that it's probably going to let you cheat in some way, so just be fair to your opponents :smile: I doubt most of you really want to cheat in the brawls, you just want them to work.

I guess some of the issues might have been caused by a mod that adds health or stamina regen in some way that the brawl didn't like, and also by NPCs having cloak spells or whatever that affect you. Both of these won't cause the brawl to stop anymore, because I've commented them out.

I'm sure this could've been done in a way that doesn't let you exploit, but I just wanted the brawls to work and didn't want to work out how the code exactly works. It's just a quick hack.

I hope this works... I have been Skyrimless for 2 days XD (I don't like playing with a bug. It bothers me.)

Strange, because i use quite a few mods that add new enchantments, as well as use a cloak for some things, and I've never had any issues with Brawls.
