CTD in players homes

Good day to all. Sorry for bad English.

My problem is when i walk in homes like Elysium estate or Frostival Estate or other home with lots of Weapon and Armour racks and they are filled with weapons and armours i get CTD almost every time. But when i dont get CTD i have missing textures on weapons and armours. I think its because of RAM limit but i've installed ENB booster and did stres test with spawning 200 guards near Windhelm then i went flying with 4x speed and i dont get any CTD. All the informations about game, pc , load order, Memory block logs and stuff is down.

Pls help me i really like Frostvale Estate.

Strange, as I run Frostvale Estate, along with his other house mods, and all I experience is lag for about 5-15 seconds when I enter the house, then everything goes back to normal. I have armor on every mannequin, and almost every weapon rack filled.

 

Maybe you're putting too much stress on your game? <snip> (Missed the part of your comp specs, disregard this section)

 

Your system seems fairly well setup, although, I have noticed the houses tend to get glitchy if I put a bunch of items that are enchanted on the mannequins. Are many of the items enchanted?

I solve this problem by reinstalling skyrim and all the mods in proper way without LOOT and every thing going good so far. No CTDs Freezes or anything. When i load the last save no lags when i walk in FE, but the privios saves are broken ( Lags and CTD in home )
