so, recently i run into this weird flag at Markath.

i'm not new to modding skyrim, but even if i disable the mods and reload the cell.. this stays O_O
anyone know's which mod/texture causes this ?
because it's a total no go immersion breaker.

IF it was a texture re-placer mod...those normally do not have an ESP to disable ....What texture mods have you installed??

thats the point, i dont have any texture replacer's installed besides:

the dwarven bow in black, darker daedric bow,
and the skin tattoo.... but thats it, and i dropped them manual to the folders and looked at them,

That is an existing placeholder texture for the Markarth banner that is not used in-game. Maybe you have a mod that adds decorations to Markarth or something and are missing the texture replacer required to prevent that texture from appearing.

load up all of your mods in your load order then use TES5Edit to search for Markarth or banner or flag, GL
