The forums are getting empty.... Dark0ne, switch, malchik... and now me! I'm not a moderator, but still. :rolleyes:

Anyway, in an hour or two i'm leaving. Me, my parents and my brother are leaving to scotland. We will sleep on the boat. My brother gets sick on a boat easily so I wonder how he will experience sleeping on one. We don't exactly know what we are going to do in the 2.5 weeks we will be there, but Malchik gave a few places we could visit. And we found some things too. I hope it won't rain.

When i'm back i'm sure I will go mod insane again (nothing helps more than going away for a while) because it was getting a bit boring. I'm getting close to the most fun part though. And i'll be posting here of course, if there are any reasonable topics around. :happy:

For everyone reading this, I wish you a merry holiday! Or something like that. :unsure:

Have a nice time in the frosty north Pov! Unless you like shopping, I don't suggest visiting Edinburgh... what a hole. ^^;

Och aye the noo like, Jimmy, an' all that. Hope you'll be visiting some of the places we mentioned on that other thread, Pov! And I hear it's haggis-huntin' season at the moment.

Loveme4whoiam: Dinny be cursin' the Scots, laddie, or you'll be gettin' a Glaswegian kiss! And Switch: Edinburgh and its environs may not be all a wee bairn like yoursel' might be lookin' for, but it is certainly not a "hole", and definitely worth a visit, IMO.

Try a Selkirk Bannock if you get the chance, and above all - Have a great time! Cheers.

It was hot, we had almost no rain. We sure took the right time to go. We did visit Edinburgh. Only for the castle though. We stayed in a house my aunt has, she was married with a scot. It was in Auchterarder, "near" Perth

What we visited.

  • Loch Lommond
  • Loch Ness
  • Isle of Skye, we had a Bed&Breakfast there
  • Visit Highland Games (and participated in the 1 mile run)
  • Perth
  • Roslin's Chapel

and more. On the way back with the boat, which was yesterday, I sort of fell because of the strong wind and slippery floor, I broke my left arm! :wacko:

So writing this takes ages, I couldn't sleep on the boat, and I can't play Oblivion or mod. I have to wear the thing for 3 weeks. So don't worry I will be able to play/mod again in 3 weeks... Which is around the time I go back to school. :dry:
