pleas help me i can not get oblivion working

i recently downloaded oblivion via torrent

i thought everythig was done right but everytime i hit play i get an error screen

could anyone help me these are the error screens i see (same error i just clicked arownd)

So you lost the disk, or you pirated the game?

 

I recommend you find an auction on ebay of the game for cheap. Get GOTY edition.
