LE A Successful Fort Dawnguard Interactive Immersive Home Mod?

It still kinda bums me out no one has even attempted to make a awesome home mod with fort dawnguard. there are a couple that just fixes banners and add more clutter items but that's about it. Wouldn't it hurt to have a Fort Dawnguard Home Mod that allows you too buy it after the dawnguard story-line and customize it to your liking. Say allows you to choose what guards you want to hire like imperial, thieves, companions, stormcloaks, or nightingale. Able to choose what banner based on the guilds already in the game like mage guild bards college or nightingale or even choose what room you want to build. Also allow you to do something with the cave area within it, like make a meadery or a mini HQ based on what guild you joined . And possibly make it interactive in a way and Immersive.

But something that Interactive is hard to make and need scripts. And not many people own dawnguard dlc.

Plus, most people own houses outside dawngaurd fort, or just use Eli dawngaurd house.

When i mean interative i mean like change banners and hire guards and staff really.

That still need a lot of work, but I have to agree that the fort is really lacking.
