I can't believe you have to pay to download stuff off of there. Can't they offer a free trial or something? So, more to the point, yes. But I did download something and it didn't make me pay. Fileplanet allows you to download certain small files for free, but other than that you gotta subscribe to get the larger files. You do have to have a Gamespy account, which is free. Although they don't want you to know that, as they try to plaster a price over everything. As far as I can see, the easiest way to sign up is to click Login at Gamespy.com and then that has the free registration form. Unless, of course, they've changed things. Just like TESSource PES requires you to register in order to download bigger files (albeit TESSource has a higher file size cap required for registration).
