I have Oblivion mod manager and obse, but I've tried removing them from the game folder, still I get the same message! Please help me, there are a lot of mods I want that require patches =(

That message is saying it found the patch already installed. However, if you installed the wrong patch you will get that and it may not work.

If you have the Game of the year version, and have installed BOTH Oblivion and Shivering Isles, your game is already patched.

If you have Oblivion and NOT Shivering Isles Use the Oblivion only patch. DO NOT use the Shivering Isles Patch.

If you have Oblivion AND Shivering isles installed be sure to use the Shivering Isles Patch.

Be sure you use the patch for your language version - for the Oblivion Only patch, there is a difference between US & UK English versions - be sure you get the right one.

For the Shivering Isles patch, the US & UK are the same,

Download the patches only from the official site as they have all versions there.

If you installed the wrong patch, you must reinstall the game as a patch cannot be removed once it is installed.

Mods won't work with pirated games. Simple.

It's just 12-20 dollars now, and well worth the hundreds of hours of gameplay mods give you.

I fear an admin will be around with your banhammer soon.

Indeed. Cheapskate pirates will find no help here. Goodbye.
