I've set up the 20 or so textures needed, and they are basically black with an alpha for the shape. However, on the flame mesh, they are just a whitish-clear, not black. They look more like smoke than black flames! I've set material colours to black, removed the emissive glow, but still no joy. This is the second time I've wrestled with this conundrum - what I want to know is: is it possible, or am I just wasting my time again? :wallbash: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
ziitch Posted September 15, 2010 Share Posted September 15, 2010 The only thing I can think of that's causing it is the alpha channel - Make a layer mask composed of the layer's alpha, copy the mask, and apply it to the alpha channel.
