Waffles, Toaster Strudels, or Pancake?

1) Waffles ... no, way tooo sweet.

2) What the heck is a strudel ? ... so no.

3) Pancakes ... uhh ok but not my personal choice ... but I'll vote for it.

 

Personally, I dont have time for a decent breakfast - I'm on the run to beat the traffic and everything else - so it's just Tea for me thank you ... I'll eat at 10:30 or 11 ... and when I do, it'll be an English

I voted for Waffles, . I like waffles for the same reasons that Lisnpuppy mentioned, especially those 'syrup holding cells'. I enjoy my waffles with a topping of apricot jam,clotted cream and a generous drizzle of honey..and yeah some toasted pine nuts as an accompaniment ...OMG my mouth is watering ,gotta run to the kitchen!

This is a seriously epic debate.

 

My vote goes to waffles. Don't like the way pancakes feel. I don't usually put a ton of syrup or anything on either though, just a little and some fruits. Toaster Strudels are kinda good though...better than Pop Tarts any day.

 

I'm not a real sweet tooth. My favored kind of food for breakfast though is some hot, warm soup. Or a "local style" breakfast (rice, scrambled eggs, SPAM. Yes, that stuff.)

 

We need more food talk in this forum.

Firstly, Sunnysummers - btw, love your name - I'd love to lay underneath an open tap of ice-cream, preferrably Rum & Raisin :woot: for a week if I could but I got to watch those hips honey o_O .

 

Secondly, Balagor, let's not get into pensions etc. this is a food topic :excl: - I can't take you anywhere and you want to go political on me, ... must be the Danish in you ... but talking about

Danish, yummmy ....... bread, sausage and cheese ... typical Euro food ... you sound like my brothers and cousins and uncles ad infinitum ....

 

On a normal morning it's yogurt, milk and banana shake and tea ... I eat really small meals but I eat often, my stomach is fooled into thinking it's constantly full and it works ... oh and water, lot's of it ...
