Ive played through Fallout 3 on 360 3 times have all achievements and have done a lot. Ive just bought on PC and thought id try a few mods im looking for balancing, difficulty increases and any graphical enhancements.

Could you please recommend some for me Ive looked at the nexus and fallout wiki but am clueless.

I don't want anything to game altering but i would like an increase in difficulty maybe more enemies and guns. But don't want new guns if it makes the game to easy.

Ive looked at Marts mutant mod and wanderers edition mod, which would be best for me.

What graphical mods would be compatible?

Make sure you download Achriveinvalidation invalidated, Fallout script extender and Fallout Mod manager. This will make mods generally work and make it a lot easier.

I've been using the FOMM invalidation...is there any difference between fomm and the standalone archriveinvalidation invalidated?

The FOMM invalidation is fine. The only difference is that you have to toggle it each time you add a new mod. ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated is pretty much run it once and forget about it.

Graphics-wise, I recommend NMC's Texture Pack, Better HiRes Skillbooks, Better Pre War and Burned Books.
