DoctorKaizeld
No because reverse-engineering elemejtal fury will not result in a faster bow draw speed and in fact will cause misleading graphical glitches. It was a good guess though and the only reason I know it won't work is because I was trying to reverse engineer the quick shot perk.okay cool, good to know. YAY IM LEARNING! Ok, so it sounds it is not possilble to make such entchantment. And whats about making Zephyr enchantable? Is this possible? The Dawnguard crossbows are enchantable although they comes with an enchantment/property.i think you have to remove the bows current enchantments to do that. but im not sure chances are lofgren could tell ya
lofgren
Yeah, that's no problem. You just have to remove the enchantment and delete the keyword MagicDisallowEnchanting. (That's what the plugin above does.) Edited January 4, 2015 by lofgren
VileTouch
No, Shadowjin is mistaken. The way that you typically increase attack speed in-game is by increasing WeaponSpeedMult and LeftWeaponSpeedMult. Unfortunately increasing these stats has misleading effects on bows. Increasing WeaponSpeedMult does increase the speed of knocking an arrow, but not draw speed. Unfortunately it does increase the speed of the animation. This means that the player might THINK that they have an arrow fully drawn, but when they release it all they get is one of those dud shots that goes right into the ground. That's why the quick shot perk sets a graph variable to let the engine know that the animation has been sped up. There are a couple of ways you might address this with SKSE but they are all unsatisfactory in my opinion due to unintended consequences. seriously, nexus, where's the "like" button? http://i.imgur.com/N6bG26s.png

Makes sense that it works that way, most likely the reason why bethesda left bows unsupported by elemental fury. (Even if they most likely could have fixed it so it'd work.) DingusDongus
You can always make your own mod (esb) file with Creation Kit. If you open creation kit, just duplicate all of the basic bows and change their fire rate. (there's also a semi-auto option, dunno if this works or what it does)Don't forget to rename them or else you'll have Two of each bow with the same name! Daedric Bow (normal)Daedric Bow (with increased firing speed)It'll also give extra spaces for two more enchantments if you do it this way.. If it'd be possible.

If it'd be possible. Someone on page one stated that it was a power instead of an enchantment just like elemental fury, so it wouldn't be easy. I think you'd most likely have to create your own enchantment and then copy some of the codes from the power over into the enchantment to be able to use it. But then to test it in a game you'd have to already have a weapon with the enchantment to learn the enchantment so you'd still have to make a custom weapon anyway- Mine as well just duplicate all the weapons and change the firing rates lol. Teabone3
He's basically asking for an enchantment of 30% speed increase to shoot/draw arrows.
