ForsakenElder
Hello Fellow Modders, Have a small texture problem.... I got the Type 3 Female model by Dimon99, and everything works great except a small problem with the feet whenever I equip vanilla clothes with exposed feet... Also the default underwear. http://i341.photobucket.com/albums/o364/RockLeeTaijutsuSpecialist/fallout%20probs/ScreenShot62.jpg for some reason though modded clothing/armor collections of any other kind for type 3 don't have this problem... only the vanilla clothing with exposed feet. If there are any Ideas on this I'd appreciate it because the type 3 model is fantastic but this is annoying. Thanks.
htomsirveauxjr
You need type 3 armors to go with it.
ForsakenElder
I do, but I also have mods to re-texture vanilla armor/clothes that look great, I also used the slim bikini file and renamed it femaleupperbody and put it in the proper place as suggested Meshes/characters/_male. Which uses the vanilla underwear as default (no armor/clothes) instead of the nude type 3 skin. And Since Dimon suggested this as a possible option plus not mentioning incompatibility with with vanilla wears I doubt the default underwear and vanilla clothing are supposed to have such a malformed texture on the feet for no reason. Unless, he mentions somewhere that this is the case I was hoping that someone else who knows what's wrong, or can correct my mistake of not knowing the vanilla aarmor/clothing issue, could tell me. Ghogiel
And Since Dimon suggested this as a possible option plus not mentioning incompatibility with with vanilla wears I doubt the default underwear and vanilla clothing are supposed to have such a malformed texture on the feet for no reason. You have to use type3 armor replacers. the vanilla and Type3 UV and textures are incompatible, you getting one displaying on the other. It's not for no reasoin, nor is the texture actually malformed. It's just the wrong texture being rendered>because you have replaced it with a different one. ie the Type3. type3, like most body replacers, names its body texture after the vanilla foot texture file. this is why you are getting the entire type3 body texture on the vanilla foot model. ForsakenElder
Thanks, hopefully it doesn't seem like I think I know what I'm talking about considering I really don't yet xD. If you could forward me to said armor re-placers I'd be grateful. But in either case I appreciate the Clarification, much obliged O.o b
