Reignscythe
Sorry if there are any earlier ideas like mine posted here but is it possible?Yes it may be kinda OP and imbalance the game but hey, isn't it more realistic when you assassinated a merchant and get his/her shop items?Or is there a mod like this already available? Boombro
The chest where the items is stored is underground. By underground I mean outside the house walls down under, flying in the void. There are mods that make the merchant chest accessible with a master lock however.

IsharaMeradin
Actually, it would be possible. A quest with a script on the merchant alias would use the OnDeath event to trigger the transfer of items from the merchant chest to the merchant NPC. I have no desire to make such a mod, but it is totally possible.
Reignscythe
Care to tell me how? I would do it if it doesn't need that much tools and stuff..
IsharaMeradin
Care to tell me how? I would do it if it doesn't need that much tools and stuff..You need the Creation Kit and some knowledge in scripting. Create a start game enabled quest.Create an alias for every merchant you want to deal with.Create an alias for every merchant container you want to use.Apply a script to the merchant aliases which uses the OnDeath event to RemoveAllItems from the merchant container alias reference to the merchant NPC alias reference. This would cause the chest items to be found in the NPC inventory. This too is a bit "unrealistic" in that an NPC may not be able to carry all that crap at once. But no more unrealistic than not being able to find their shop inventory at all.
