LHammonds
Did you try this Unofficial 3ds max 2011 tools?Nope. But I'm downloading it now and if the wife doesn't demand some of my time in the immediate future, I'll be giving this a test run. If successful, it might require me to document how to install this "one off" build and upload it to the Nexus. :) LHammonds
Ghogiel
apparently the latest regular niftools build actually works for 2011. you just have to put the folders in the right place.
LHammonds
apparently the latest regular niftools build actually works for 2011. you just have to put the folders in the right place.Works for the 32-bit or both 32-bit and 64-bit? I actually have both installed to D:\Apps\AutoDesk\ in separate folders. The Niftools install menu presented various 3ds versions and I picked the latest which was 2009 but it did not ask where to install. I started looking 'round for the files but fell asleep at my desk and woke up around 4am....apparently my face closed all the open windows somehow (magic?) Can you tell me which files need to be moved where? Thanks,LHammonds
Ghogiel
i don't know, should be a case of moving the plugin files to the 2011 install directory. i presume you have to use the ver3.5 dev build. this has 2010 support. 64bit, I dunno, just go check. extract archive. move files, test.
