New Vegas , um, issues...

Not sure if this is the right place to discuss this, but I experienced a few bugs today and was wondering if anyone was having the same. Oh, and this is after today's (Thursday) patch. NPC's will attack me if I get too close to them, as if I had shot them or something. Not every NPC mind you, but enough so some areas are basically off limits to me. Also, while playing caravan, I have no option but to discard. That's the only thing I can do, just discard my entire hand and lose. Anyone else getting these bugs?

Stop pointing a gun at them? I dunno, these are the first I've heard of these bugs.

for item #1, remember your dress influences those around you

 

so wearing clothing from an enemy clan will get your neighbors whacking on you.

1. Sounds like you are not friendly to the faction attacking you. I forgot once that Iw as wearing a faction uniform and my favorite guys tried to kill me. I ran behind a rock and used a stealthboy. Otherwise, I was gonna be toast.

 

2. CARAVAN- I figured this out. Use the left and right arrows to pick a card from your hand. Select it with W. Now, use teh UP and DOWN arrows to put it in position. Took me an hour to figure that out. Obsidian fails on documentation AND interface.
