Head/body mismatch

I've tried everything, I have done the ini fixes, (bloadface) to 1, checked my mods, uninstalled, and anything I could think of. If anyone has insight please help.

Go to the FO3 Wanderers Edition mod page and scroll down the page to a sample load order. Yours is not correct.

 

You are missing compatibility patches for FWE, Marts, RH Ironsights and possibly more.

 

Since you are using Fellout-Full, you do not need the DLC plugins. You do not need MMM-Tougher Traders, Zones Respawn and Natural Selection. They are part of FWE.

 

In case FWE doesn't show it, StreetLights should load between ThePitt and BrokenSteel.

hank you so much for the reply!!! I can post a pic if you want, It is Doctor Church, and other African Americans. They have a white head.

 

And I will do what you recommended I do.

I didnt see them on your list normally but, may I ask; did you use custom head mesh or retex? Im asking this because I used my custom body mesh before and it has same issue with body textures, African-American bodies has Micheal Jackson skin while their face has correct texture...

I used fallout character ovehaul, aka project reality, that's all. I wish i could get people to help out more, if you have any ideas please let me know.

Fallout Character Overhaul is supposed to only change the player character, not the NPC. I have never seen a problem like you have with the vanilla characters. The first thing I would do would be to remove FCO.

 

Project Reality changes the weather, lighting and effects and does nothing to the NPCs.
