M48A5
There are numerous posting on the FO3 Wanderers Edition comments pages explaining how to install it using Nexus Mod Manager. You cannot simply click the download with manager button and have the mod installed automatically. It takes a little effort. One of the reasons you are having a problem is you load order. Go to the FWE page and scroll down the page to a sample load order and adjust yours. You have two compatibility patches without the master files. Disable and uninstall both the Project Beauty patches. They won't work and will cause a crash since you do not have Project Beauty. You can avoid a lot of problems if you read the mod description page and the ReadMe that is supplied with some mods. It is also a good idea to read the comments posted for the individual mods. SageRayleigh
Does uninstalling it require more then just clicking the green checks to uninstall it or do i have to go into the files somewhere? In the mean time ill re-read the wanderers page for other things i may have missed ontop of the load out problem.

Find the "ReadMe" or the "Help" section of NMM and read it.

M48A5
Before you do anything else get you load order corrected. I will again direct you to the FWE page to look at the load order. Yours does not look like the one posted there. Start at the very top and compare your load order with the one on the FWE page.

BlackRampage
Looks fine by me. Don't know what the NMM error message is about btw. Personally never used the NMM to install FWE. I've always used FoMM's package manager instead, but maybe I'm just old fashioned old school. Gopher's video tutorials ancient by now btw. Try this one instead: (gotta admit I'm a little biased though) Edit: Hah! Ninja'd you tank-man! :ninja: Edited February 17, 2015 by BlackRampage
M48A5
Now you just need the compatibility patch for WMK and FWE. You can get it here: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/4968/? It should load after the lask WMK file. Compatibility patches always load after the last mod they are patching. And move FWE Alternate Travel to load just after FO3 Wanderers Edition-Main File.esm It has a file header of .esm but a file extension of .esp and should load at the end of the .esm files and before the .esp files. SageRayleigh
@m48a5, after downloading the patch and installing it (then clicking yes to replace the files it wants to change)... I see no change in the plugins. Should I see something? Ok ok ok, I am starting to see a possable issue(s)...Namely cause I feel like I will be adding a fair amount of gameplay changing modes to just get the (insert bad word here) beaten out of me so i can have a little fun. ~How does all those Interoperability Program work with each other if I wanna run more of the more popular mods together. ~The FoMM has been mentioned a few times at different sources. Is it that much better at keeping your fallout mods together or something? ~Should have I done all this manually so i learn this at a better pace? ~I feel like I may have messed up in more then one place and cant turn back becuase i did not save any backups other then that one .ini file to make it run off of two cores instead of more. Should i just wipe anything fallout related and start over from scratch? I mean I am haven a bit of fun learning some new things. I am sure you all see this but i like to run before walking. lol i learn more if a stumble and fumble about with the bonus of asking for help. M48A5
This http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/652876-fallout-3-modding-and-you/ is probably the best advice you can get for playing and modding Fallout 3. Fallout Mod Manager (FOMM) has been around for a while and is very good at handling the mods for Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas. I use an older version since I only have Fallout 3. There is one thing, you cannot download and one click install mods with FOMM. You must manually download the mod and then use FOMM for the installation. There are still some mods that can only be installed manually. There is another version of FOMM that can handle FO3 and FONV. Nexus Mod Manager is still in beta (testing and bug reporting and being updated). I tried using it a little over a year ago and went back to FOMM. You should also get the program 7zip. It is free and will provide you with a Directory that will store all your downloaded and extracted mods. http://www.7-zip.org/download.html As for starting over, you should wait until you have read Fallout 3 modding and you before making that decision. And for heavens sake, do not download and install LOOT. I have seen more than a few trashed load orders that resulted from people using it. If you must have a mod sorter, use BOSS http://boss-developers.github.io/
