I know there are some other shorts out there but finding them may be a task. aside from the I do have something like that for the skinny body Hgec. could be adapted to the others sizes,

not real big on texturing but I can do some procedural texturing to give it a little better look.

Yes it does, but they're male only. And staying that way.

This is a replacer mod for the, you know, standard armors in the game, to make them more revealing on women. The leather and shrouded armor are my favorites precisely because of the shorts. so, if you don't want your other armors to be skimpy, just delete them out of the mod itself, but this is probably close, if not exactly, like what you're looking for

The story behind the request is that I started playing Vindictus, and I liked one of the armor sets. I'm just trying to recreate the look for my female character. Not sexy, just practical.
