Pandem0nium
Everytime i try to do something like fast travel, sleep, or anything you cant do with enemies nearby, it says there is, no matter where i go. It always plays the music and says enemies are nearby. I cant complete my quests with out sleeping. can some one give me some ideas on what to do. please. Malchik
I have to say that it can be a nuisance. Often the enemy is a mudcrab some distance away near the water's edge that can't climb out. I think there are only two ways to deal with it. Find and kill the enemy - a detect life spell might help - or run a little way off. If the enemy has targetted you this may not work as it will follow but often you outrun whatever is chasing you and you can sleep/fast travel then. Switch
Or, if you happen to have disturbed one of the ultra-persistant "follow you to the ends of Tamriel" type monsters, you may have to resort to clicking on one of your old quests in your journal (making sure it has a map marker associated with it), and entering the console command "movetoqt". That should place you at the quest's map marker and throw it off your scent. Of course, if you play on Xbox you can't do that, in which case uh... keep running? ^^;

Dark0ne
Also try entering a fight in the Arena. That did it for me.
MovingSalad
Have you gone into a city yet? I suggest going into an inn or something.
GBHis
If you hit sneak, you can see if someone is following you. Try sneaking behind rocks. You'll get a better idea of where the enemy is :)
