Mod order

Can anyone spot whats wrong with my mod order? LOOT is s#*! and makes the order worse. ( Game launches then stops responding)

The first thing that jumps out is your unofficial patches are in the wrong place. It should be:

Skyrim

Update

USKP

Dawnguard

UDGP

Hearthfires

UHFP

Dragonborn

UDBP

Also, things like Alternate start and Wet and Cold should be farther down. Check out this post, there is some great info on load order sorting, along with everything else a modder should know.

Some mod organizers don't let you put esps before esms without crazy workarounds. That may be causing your problem with LOOT.

What are you using to adjust load order? (Just Loot isn't an answer...Skyrim Launcher, Wrye Bash, Mod Organizer, Nexus Mod Manager....)

 

This is where everyone should learn to repack mods into bsa (or the modders could get less lazy and bsa them for us, and then even update the thing or just make the update a plugin+bsa.
