I have a fear.

bees/wasps/hornets... scare the living daylights out of me

 

Also Wasps I am afraid of, bee's not so much, they only attack when threatened.

having never been stung, i dont know what to expect

after i get stung once, i shall overcome it, but untill then im a scaredy cat

You know whats the worst thing to be stung by, Hornets. They are extremely painful.

Im badly afraid of Lobsters.

 

They're horrible!!!

 

A spider may, MAY bite you if it's cornered and frightened.

 

A Lobster however will bite you because it's monday.

 

They taste, admitedly, very nice, but I've been bitten by them enough times to fear and hate them.

 

Once during my childhood I was dragged out on a fishing trip, I only caught one thing, a lobster. The lobster however could argue that it caught me. I, wanting simply to go home, get out of the searingly hot sun, and do something worth while, used one of my cousin's catch as bait.

 

Something mighty pulled on the line and I hauled it in-the "catch" -a gargantuan Lobster flew out of the water, bounced twice on the deck, lowered it's head and charged at me, pinchers clacking.

 

I panicked and and grabbed it, intending to throw it back to whatever hell had spawned it, but it bit me repeatedly and I dropped it instead, at which point it whirled around attacked my cousin. I grabbed it off him and threw it off the side, but since that, and several other times that crayfish have calously attacked me, I've hated and feared the,

 

Those pinchers really, really hurt.

Also. Box jellyfish. Lots of them in Hawaii, mostly 10 days after a full moon. Portuguese Man o' War to top it off. Sometimes these guys get washed up on the shorelines.

Lobsters and jellyfish for me are on about an equal footing.

 

Live Lobsters are a nightmare to be anywhere near, they're really, really agressive and have huge pinchers.

 

But even dead jellyfishes can cause almost as much pain, for a lot longer.

 

Eh, Thor, just be glad you dont live in Honduras then.

 

On the pain index, a Hornet is officialy rated about 9th in the world.

 

A Honduran Bullet Ant is the #1 badass however.

 

It's said that a single bite is more painful than being shot. Multiple? you'd black out or wish you'd never been born.

I've also stepped on some kind of fire ant nest before. A big one, in fact. That really sucked. I was also barefoot, and all I had to get rid of the ants was half a juice can of iced tea. I literally had to run across the street to go into the ocean just to get rid of these guys.

Spiders. I don't run. I stand there for 10 minutes, watch where it goes, then run!

 

And bees, allergic to them, been stung once. Whenever I hear a buzz, be it wasp or electricity, I duck. :P
