HTH82 Posted March 23, 2015 Posted March 23, 2015 hi there. i faintly remember the option that mirabelle survives the mage guild quests on some conditions. problem ist i cant find that mentioned anywhere.i thought one of you guys might know about this. clearing all the mage guild quests is kinda pointless without her surviving it. thanks for your help.
Tidus44 Posted March 25, 2015 Posted March 25, 2015 I don't think there is any way for Mirabelle to survive the College of Winterhold quest line as she dies (or is killed) while your PC is away getting the Staff of Magnus. The quest line is fairly fixed on what happens and what choices that could be made and there isn't anything that would prevent Mirabelle from aiding everyone in evacuating the College while she stayed back and gave them time to evacuate by (presumably) engaging Ancano or putting up some magical defense against the Eye of Magnus. I do remember seeing a mod some time ago that brings Mirabelle back into the game once the College quest line is completed and if I recall correctly the "new" Mirabelle could be made a follower and could also be married. But I am sure that there isn't a way to save Mirabelle in the College quest line. If there was, I'm sure it would have been found by someone by now and posted.
Kestrellius Posted March 27, 2015 Posted March 27, 2015 Mirabelle's death always seemed a little pointless to me. I mean, it's not like she was ever that well characterized. She just sort of dies for no real reason while you're murderizing Morokei.

saurusmaximus Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 If you really miss her, after the College questline is over, go into the console and type, prid 0001C1B9 enableShe will reappear in front of you. I did this once and used EFF's Mind Control to make her into a follower (and she's a damn good one too).
batman899 Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 You could try this silly mod http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/64071/? it brings back the Arch-Mage and Mirabella after the main college quest. The draw back is the player has to quit as the Arch-Mage. I think it's fully voiced though.
