I just DL'ed the "Genetic Restructureing Stations" mod, but when i tried it, 4 of my skills shot up to 100 at level 1, before I spent any points at all, so thats no good, I was wondering if there might not be another one? As in, I could holster a handgun on my characters thigh and a shotgun on its back. Sorry, one last request; anyone knows where to get the shotgun in this picture and the leg strap? As for having two weapns visible at once on the person I haven't see one for New Vegas yet. But the one is the picture you have there is not an actual pistol. The weapon texture is part of the Armor mesh, same for the Leg strap I believe.
