From the description of the mod from the website, seems like the perfect one for me. I cant seem to find it anymore, the files seems deleted from the nexus somehow. I feel that even on hardcore mode + very hard difficulty, the game is still quite easy as certain companions are overpowered and there is too much cash and ammo. Thanks. I haven't tried any of them in NV yet but personally, I would pick out a few of the tweaks by Puce Moose and play with those to start off. Overhauls are great but I prefer to pick and choose individual mods. Arwen has a lot of fans who swear by her mods so if you're looking for an increased RPG experience, her mod would likely be a good choice for you.
