M48A5
You have to run FOMM as an administrator because you have Fallout 3 installed in "Program Files" and Windows User Access Control is locking you out. Uninstall Fallout 3 completely and reinstall it outside of program files. Do not use LOOT to order your files. It does not order Fallout 3 files correctly. If you need to use a tool to sort your mods, use B.O.S.S. http://boss-developers.github.io/
luccien
Ok Will I also need to re install LOOT,BOSS,FOMM, outside the program folder as wellAlso should I add The Unofficial Patch 4GB Patch, Script extender, ENBoost, Stutter Remover back to the folder Edited April 8, 2015 by luccien
BlackRampage
Not sure if those are questions or just simple statements as I'm not seeing any question marks (use punctuation!). But if they are then yes, you will indeed also have to reinstall all those mods/tools. Good choice on following Dansgaming's youtube Fo3 modding tutorials btw. His tutorials are quite easy to follow even if you're a newbie and they're still pretty much up to date too.

M48A5
The Blackened patch will only work with the Paradox Ignition version of Mart's Mutant Mod. As is stated on the Blackened description page.
luccien
I replaced the the files that was not needed with the merged Paradox ESM of MMM But I Still got the error. It does not seem to be Interfering with Gameplay at all but should I be worried?

BlackRampage
Put all of the WMK plugins below your Blackened patch. And, as somewhat expected there are still a couple of redundant MMM plugins in there (the ones below all the WMK plugins). Delete them. And are you 100% sure you replaced MMM's master file with the one from Paradox Ignition? If you're not sure check the list of masters for Marts Mutant Mod.esm. If all went well it should have all DLC's as master.
