What mod can change the saved game face?

what exactly is the problem with the Face Exchanger??

because i know that it works on my game

the thing is, this will only allow you to switch faces from different saves (and it will only look good when both faces are of the same race)

 

if you just want to tweak the face of your character, you can use "showfacemenu" (i know that "showracemenu" works, but i think the first also works)

You can try Elder Face Lift or Wrye Bash to transplant saved face. But as above poster stated, both downloaded character and your character should be of the same race, otherwise you may not see good result.

 

- In Oblivion, facial features are determined by these factors:

1. Base head mesh

2. Racial Facegen values

3. Facegen values you applied at 'showracemenu'.

The newest version of Face Exchange doesn't like cooperating with Vista and Windows 7. Version 1.3.1 does work for Vista/7.

oh, real, old version work, the new 1 only work for xp or older windows.

I was a little astonished that there was no way to change the face of a character in a saved game besides using "showracemenu". In theory, it sounded like a no-brainer since you can change the faces of basically every NPC in the CS, but it can't be done. I've yet to see a mod that does that too, so I imagine there's powerful evil forces at work preventing this from happening.
