Cannot download manually or with manager

Same problem here: I upgraded to premium sometime last year, and had no problems downloading a ton of Skyrim mods at the time. I tried logging in today to manually download a Pillars of Eternity portrait pack, and I get redirected to http://www.nexusmods.com/games/? regardless of whether I select a premium download site, or just let it redirect automatically.

I *might* have found a workaround for this, but it might be coincidental. It worked when I tested it a few times (in Chrome), so here're the steps if anyone else wants to give it a whirl:

  1. On the page of the mod you want to download, right click on "Manual Download", and select "open in new window".
  2. Very quickly, select the new tab, and type CTRL+U to view the page source. You have to be quick, because otherwise it will redirect to the "/games/?" page.
  3. Do a search for the word "Download". Around the 13th result, you'll see something like this:
<li><a onclick="loadBox('http://www.nexusmods.com/pillarsofeternity/ajax/downloadfile?id=213&rrf&dl=cdn'); return false">Content Delivery Network</a></li>
			<li><a onclick="loadBox('http://www.nexusmods.com/pillarsofeternity/ajax/downloadfile?id=213&rrf&dl=p_eu'); return false">EU - Kent Premium</a></li>
<!--			<li><a onclick="loadBox('http://www.nexusmods.com/pillarsofeternity/ajax/downloadfile?id=213&rrf&dl=p_us_e'); return false">USA - Washington Premium</a></li>-->
			<li>USA - Washington Premium</li>
			<li><a onclick="loadBox('http://www.nexusmods.com/pillarsofeternity/ajax/downloadfile?id=213&rrf&dl=p_us_w'); return false">USA - Dallas Premium</a></li>

4. One at a time, copy each of those links into a new tab; if it works correctly, you'll see a blank page with maybe a line or two of random text, and your download will begin automatically. If it doesn't work, you'll get the redirect to "/games/?". For me the cdn and p_eu links worked, but the both of the US links failed.

It might be that clicking those working links on the window that pops up when you normally click "Manual Download" would also work, but the redirect is so fast that it takes me to "/games/?" no matter what. Hopefully this will help at least some people out until Nexus can correct the issue.

@Indiwolf14; The d/l link for "Luna's Sweaters" is definitely broken. I've Reported the file (which is what everyone should do when they encounter this problem) so that the admins can take a look.

@setiweb; I had no problems d/l'ing either EMAT or Morri's Makeup. (You did flush your browser's cache before trying again, right?)

Still having issues downloading, changed server preferences and was eventually able to get the Kent Server to work only by itself, the Content Delivery server worked as well on some files, the ones that it did not I got a file of 108k that would not open, giving an error that the file is corrupted, that happened on several files, from the Fallout 3 and New Vegas sites, the other servers gave me a redirect.

Same problem here, can't manually DL anything. Well I haven't tried a bunch, but RUGNAROK is one such mod, and from the comment section a lot of people are having a similar issue. Instead of getting the actual mod you just end up getting some 105 KB nonsense.

Confirmed on multiple computers (we live together.)

Funny enough RUGNAROK delivers a dud, but Hein84's new mod redirects to a broken Nexus page with the filedelivery url still intact.

Tested other mods, some deliver a dud, some go to a similar redirect. But I tested some older files and they still worked fine, so whatever this bug is its unique to more recent (last 48 hours or so) files and a LOT of people are experiencing it.

There seems to be a problem with the content delivery network.

Those who have access to premium servers should give them a try, I managed to download from the premium servers a few files that were reportedly broken.
