Linkdarkside
i would never pay for content not created by the developers of the game not matter how good it is. also not every one who downloads mods keep them ,we like to test them first and if we like them we keep it if we don't we uninstall it and delete them.  a paywall make it very difficult to even wanting to try a mod because we might not like it and end up being ripped off. nathanj
If authors do it like Chesko did I actually don't have a problem with it. His model is that he is going to release mods behind a paywall on Workshop and then while the mod is being bugtested and updated it will remain there. When it is stable it will be released on the Nexus for free. I am fine with this as I have waited for many mods to be released so it won't really affect me. Also I tend to wait for mods to get the bugs sorted out anyways before I download them. Edited April 24, 2015 by nathanj
