bryman1970
I've noticed a few times that the land has been missing in the Anvil area. There's a giant square of land missing, and I can see the water underneath. I'm not using any landscape mods or anything that would alter that area. It's only happened a few times, and it seems like if I load the saved game again, the land is back to normal. I was just wondering if this was a normal issue, and perhaps re-loading the saved game is indeed the solution. Maybe there's a way to prevent it in the first place. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
SandsOfTime404
I've had issues like that in random places everywhere. It doesn't happen often though so I thought nothing of it, and it seems to correct itself once I leave the cell (so no fussing with reloading the game). If it's really bad, as in severely affecting gameplay or totally taking a dump on your immersion then I'm not sure what you can do. Anytime I've encountered something like this it's been minor. However, if you don't have the latest patch for the game that could be an issue it fixes. I'm not sure as Steam updates mine automatically anyhow. If you've got Steam, you needn't worry. If not, then make sure you've got the patch.
bryman1970
Yeah, i'm using the latest patch. It seems like just a rare thing that can be solved by reloading the save or even leaving the area and letting the game load. It's probably fairly common, or at least nothing to worry about. SandsOfTime404
Yeah, if it resolves when you leave the cell like it does for me then it's probably no big issue. It happens to me every once in a while, especially if I have a lot of other things running in the background. Never causes the game to crash or asplode so I don't think there's any reason for you to worry.
Elsarian
I call that problem "landscape tears." lol or "land farts." Whichever you prefer. And yes there is a little awesome mod that fixes those. And almost every single one of them actually. So if you have multiple issues, then here you go. The name of it is "Land Magic." It is an essential mod that I have to use because of all the mods that I use. Here is the link: http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=30519 I hope that this has helped you my friend :) -Elsarian
