How do we delete spells from the list ?

removespell <SpellCode> is what you're looking for.

there is a mod

1. COBL has its own spell deleting function.

2. Wrye Bash allows you to delete spells from your save file.

3. You can use RefScope or FormID Finder to find out formID of the spell, then use console command 'player.removespell <spellID>'. It's useful especially if you want to delete mod added spell, or custom spell you made in-game.
