LFact
Ditch the borderless Cyrodiil mod. Instead, open Oblivion.ini(under \My Documents\My Games\Oblivion\), edit these two lines like: bBorderRegionsEnabled=0 .......... bEnableBorderRegion=
hollowman125
open your oblivion.ini and just change the "benableborderRegion=1 to "benableborderregion=0 Edited December 27, 2010 by hollowman125

David Brasher
Try moving your Borderless Cyrodiil mod to the end of your load order. If that does not work, mod one of your mods that is late in the load order to make it remove borders. To do this, go to Main Window> World > Region > Tamriel > CyrodiilBorderRegion. Uncheck the "Border Region" box. Save the mod. I am puzzled why editing your .ini file is not doing the job.
SandsOfTime404
Double check to make sure you saved the .ini file too, and for whatever reason I've had the game reset the .ini (or something?). It took anything I had changed and set it back to default. Just double-check to make sure you actually did everything right before screwing around with more mods and crap.
