not confirmed as daedric but honestly don't know what else it could be

<br>
<br>If the daedric armor is rare, like in Morrowind, and looks anything like the concept art then I'll be satisfied.
It should be a lot more rare then in Oblivion since there are no longer massive swarms of Daedric coming into the world.<br>

Whatever armor it is, it looks epic.

Sure looks like Daedric to me.Also, do mein eyes deceive me, or are those two different types of troll?Hope that makes it in the final release.

From what I've seen, I'm reasonably dissapointed with Skyrim armor. I do, however, have about five full suits of armor, with matching weapons, and I am planning to steal the throne from jojjo.

Then again, the only Skyrim armor I've seen is what appears to be classed as "Iron" by my guess. There's bound to be at least 5-10 sets I've yet to even see concept art for. And I'd very much like to see some armor/robes combos.

Oblivion isn't bad, and Morrowind isn't better. It's just whining people's oppinion.

I surely hope people don't bad mouth Skyrim, or else I'll come after them with my daedric sword. (I'll probably say that to them, just to annoy them :) )

The armor looks as if its new. I mean it could be daedric because of the colors and such...But lets think outside of the bx here just for a moment. This is a new game all about dragons and how they are coming back and what not. With this in mind, look closer at the image. See the boots have talons at the tips of them?? And if you look at the side angle of the helmet it looks as if it comes down a bit and is very sharp..possiably like a dragons head?? But then when you look at the old daedric armors..it looks a bit the same..with little ,to no, change....( http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/screenshots/full_res.php?ss=707 ) . I mean this is all just IMO. and just food for thought. I mean guys come on, it would be cool and all to see some of the old stuff in here...but this is a new game...a new storyline. SO just think out side the box for a little while..let your imagination run wild and crazy. You never know waht could happen.. if Beth. doesnt come out with the new stuff..maybey some modders wont mind making the things we wish we could see :wink:

I wonder if the Daedric armor will be as cool as Oblivions?

/facepalm

Damn, people act as if Oblivion was the worst game ever. :/ Is this the attitude people are gonna have once Skyrim comes out?

Don't get me wrong, I love Oblivion. Just last weekend I racked up my 400th hour (streamers!!!). But one cannot deny that if Daedric armour looks exactly the same as it did in Oblivion, there will be outcry, and quite possibly a civil war of our own; TES fans vs Bethesda.

Oblivion was brilliant, anyone who says otherwise either hasn't played it longer than a few hours or have the attention span of a gnat.

^According to Beth all of the standard armor sets have been re-imagined just as they have for every iteration of the series.

A word on the source of materials. I seriously doubt that Red Mountain is the only volcanic activity on Tamriel in it's entire history so it stands to reason it's not the only source of Glass either. Raw Ebony is supposedly the solidified blood of Lorkhan but that could very well just be a myth and could also be produced by volcanic activity. Guess what? Skyrim has volcanic tundra so it has a potential source for both Glass and Ebony.
