IIRC in conjuration (or was it destruction ) there or perks that say novice level spells cost 50% less magicka, apprentice spells cost 50%, and so on. there is a double summon perk. Destruction has a perk that if you step on a spell ward you absorb it and it recharges your magicka. There is a tree that boosts up elemental spells, I think reducing their costs. There is a necromage perk. There is a perk called barbarian, which I think adds some extra % (20 or 50, can't remember) to damage when holding 2handed. Not entirely impressed with the perks I saw, but I can see 50% less magicka cost being really useful etc.

Sweet, thanks!

What exactly do you mean by "necromage"?

Did you remember to get the DPS of Flames?

Can't remember what necromage did, probably like half the mage perks do, it probably just reduces magicka cost for something, I'm pretty sure it was in conjuration. Most of the perks in conjuration and destruction are bit like that, with the odd interesting one that does something like reduces damage from some type of magic or you absorb it like the ward one.

Sorry about the flame spell I was going to at least look but with the crashing and what not I only ended up having a max 15mins on it. I'm still guessing that your destruction level must affect the spell some how. But there are tiers to the different spells. So perhaps they don't get much more powerful though. The novice flame spell will drop a bandit at lvl1 really quick. I assume at level 25 that same spell would only tickle the bandit, And I can't see how much more powerful it could be compared to a master level spell, even if destruction level is 75. See what I mean. What would be the point of a master flame spell if your novice one is still dropping bandits like flies at higher level.

Is the screen on the right shwoing the character smithing?

Yes it is.

Nice :D so now if you do stuff we actually see our character doing it.Same should go for alchemy and cooking and mining, etc...Would be nice if when we drink or eat something we could see the character really eating and drinking, though in combat if you need a health potion would be like "oh wait, need to drink" XD

I've also got great news for stealth!

"Stealth is actually a lot better than seen in the demo when the NPC's are given a couple seconds to react. Two Bandits in a cave, one walking down the same pathway as me, facing away, and another walking along an adjacent catwalk above but further back. Shot at the one on the first floor, missed - the eye opened slightly, #1 shouted what was that, then #2 shouted down asking what the problem was? #2 ran down and #1 ran up, so they met eachother halfway and then stuck together, checking the place out and investigating the area the arrow came from with weapons drawn, the eye opening slightly."

From a hands on preview by a forum member:

Contains a few beginning spoilers.

Now someone tell me the AI isn't better.

"People sometimes flee when you draw your sword."
