InuyashaFE
I hope someone mods in Hand to Hand. I'll be very disappointed if I can't beat a dragon to death with my DAMN BARE HANDS!! http://th07.deviantart.net/fs70/300W/i/2010/057/2/5/Saxton_Hale_Versus_The_World_by_ZombieDiaries.jpg
Corakus
I'm pretty sure there's a way to increase hand-to-hand damage, even though there's not a skill for it.
billyro
The skill was removed, however I would think it be certain that there are ways to increase the damage done from hand-to-hand attacks.
Corakus
I think it's stamina, but I've never gotten an official confirmation on that.It might instead scale with level.
ub3rman123
Has it been confirmed what city this EPIC PLACE is yet? There looks to be a sea horizon in the background, so I guess it's located in the northern parts of Skyrim. I'm guessing Windhelm, as Solitude is supposed to be more arctic if I recall correctly? Also, anyone have any idea of what castle it might be on that mountain just behind Whiterun? It doesnt seem to be located on any maps I've seen, so I'm guessing it's not a city, eventhough I do get a cosy Bruma-vibe from it :D Another stronghold occupied by the Blades perhaps? :teehee: The mountain is probably "Throat of the world", but I think the castle is too far down to be part of High Hrothgar. At least I imagined the Greybeards to live much closer to the top of the mountain. Look at the below after your post. It has to be Solitude; that's the only place with a waterway like that. The second castle.... Riverwood? That's the only marked place that could fit that.
Jagex
The skill was removed, however I would think it be certain that there are ways to increase the damage done from hand-to-hand attacks.I read a preview article where I guy got gloves that added +15 damage or something to H2H and he was two-shotting all of the thieves he saw. stars2heaven
Yeah, it does appear as though hand-to-hand is in with the gloves that boost damage and stuff. But to what degree beyond that? I duno. I really want to play a monk type character who uses magic enchanted gloves to boost the power of his attacks. So I hope hand to hand has some merit. jedimembrain
the art director said hand to hand is a viable option for beating the game in an interview... think it was distructiod? .. bah .. Ive seen way to many interviews.
hejpadig
When on 11.11.11 will the game be available to install on Steam? I'm GMT+1 which means that I'm like 5+ hrs before some people in the USA, and Australia is like a day before me. When will it be available for the world? Blu02
That's Solitude Mr. Bravo in the first screen, Solitude is built on a landbridge, which is one of it's most defining features. And Solitude is north of the Marshlands, so it's not snowy, despite how far north it is. Top-down view of Solitude. *Picture* Proof that it's solitude from a leak of the official pre-order map. *Map* It does seem to have snow in areas around it though, not sure why. Ah, completely forgot about that first top down image. But I can swear I've heard about that water-area below Solitude would be covered in ice, which also would explain the marked trails over the lake on the map ;) But just as Solitude, Windhelm is also located just beside a lake near the ocean (Maybe a bit too far south), plus it has mountains marked around it. But you're probably right. The second castle.... Riverwood? That's the only marked place that could fit that. Nah, Riverwood is that small village the demo starts in, and is located by the river that leads between the mountains. So it must be a location that has to be discovered. Probably has something to do with the Greybeards after all. Still weird to not have it marked on the map from start, as it should be considered a landmark.
