Dark0ne
Can't replicate this. Anyone else getting this?
Eiries
Man, googling "safepowerforu" is a horrible idea. Weirdest results I've ever seen. Not good. Scan your computer; might just be a coincidence that you got the prompt while on the Nexus.
bben46
Whatever you do if you get this DO NOT CLICK ON IT! Some of the nastiest viruses are installed using this trick.Based on what I saw checking it on Google you don't want to go there - believe me.
Fatalmasterpiece
Hopefully no one will be able to replicate it! lol I did have some other windows open as you can see, but all of those should be pretty safe websites so I doubt they would be the source of such an issue. I will do a scan then. Can anyone recommend a good adware/spyware scanner/remover for win7 64?
Eiries
Malwarebytes is great from scanning, Avast! or AVG can cover system protection as well. Special firewall and scriptblocking programs like Spybot S&D can be a great addition too. All are free.
Fatalmasterpiece
Thanks. I'm running Avast and have had good luck with malwarebytes in the past, I'll try it again. Edit: did a scan and came up clean. Still no explaination of the strange pop up in the OP Edited January 25, 2011 by Fatalmasterpiece

CommanderCrazy
Its the ads I think. May be worth a review of your ad suppliers Dark0ne. As for virus scanners, if you dont mind paying, you should get Trend Micro. A very good scanner and virus remover and I've never had a major virus infection since I got it.
