Urbania11
I recently got Skyrim for the PC after playing it on console for a year. I downloaded some minor mods (by "minor" I mean the mod that makes sneak attacks say "Surprise, mother- you get the point) I used console to give me a daedric bow and arrows. 2147483647 arrows to be exact, since 999999999...(a lot of 9's) isn't valid. I tried sniping a guard with the bow and the game froze. I thought it was having trouble loading that "minor" mod, so I deleted it. Reloaded the save, equipped arrows again and...freeze. Other threads suggest getting rid of those arrows and using others since they're "faulty", But dropping them or selling them causes the game to crash. Even using "removeallitems". In any amount. Even dropping one arrow causes it to freeze. And I know it's only those arrows, since using any other, like steel, it works fine. Is it just a too big amount of arrows to handle? How do I fix this? I really don't want to start a new game.
Deleted5770650User
I had that happen with coins once except the number was negative. I had to remove the coins, then add the same number I added the first time to get back to the original amount. You can try to use player.removeitem id 999999999999999999 where id is the id of the arrows you gave yourself.
Urbania11
I'll try, but I almost guarantee it'll just crash.
raatorotta
Try install mod again. Use removeitem command with mod, save if arrows are removed. Then uninstall mod and load save. Also if it still crashes, you can try edit esp file with tes5edit. Find arrow count and change it. Remember remove all items from mod, and save, before you are going to delete mod.

Urbania11
Update: TES5Edit did not work, and player.removeitem crashed the game too
Urbania11
What I find very strange is that 2147483647 is actually used to reflect overflow conditions, missing values, and errors. So 99999... was too large and it made it that number instead.
iraido
You should reload an old save imo.
